4 Options to build a plan for your team...

Training & Timing
-Eight Six Speed will come to your location to train and time your athlete's speeds.
-Training consists of speed mechanics and strength work to increase acceleration and top speed lasting about 1 hour.
-Timing consists of a training session that includes laser timed 10-Fly sprints to gather speeds (MPH) lasting about 1 hour.
-Includes insurance, travel cost, laser data tracking and organizing for all athletes.

Assessments
-Assessments consist of a full sprint evaluation of your athletes from their start all the way through to the finish of their sprint.
-A 20-yard sprint is used to assess and a full Speed Report is generated for each athlete.
-Speed Reports include each athlete's strengths and weaknesses so a proper plan can be put in place for the entire team as a whole.
-Assessments are good to do on a quarterly basis lasting about 1 hour.

Programming
-Eight Six Speed will prescribe the best off-season or in-season speed training program for your team.
-Need Strength Training programs, too? No problem. Equipped with programs specific to your sport, we can choose a plan to best optimize your teams speed training results.
-Stacked with video demonstrations, coaching cues and tons of analytics, this programming is sure to push your team to the next level!

Consulting
-The best way to get athletes bought-in to accepting speed training as a necessity for success is by being sure your coaches are bought-in and educated.
-Let Eight Six Speed consult with your team's coach/coaches on a monthly basis to best implement speed programs into their training and practices.
-Includes weekly calls to discuss implementation, questions or concerns. 24/7 support for coaches with any questions. Option to certify and gain access to USR Community to upload verified speeds for athletes.
