1 hour training focused on acceleration, explosiveness & top speed... Some days we will do laser clocked Speed Assessments & MPH Top Speeds.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason I or my athlete cannot attend this session I will cancel or reschedule in my Members Area up to 2 hours before the start of the session.
